Enrollment agreement

Terms of Enrollment

These terms set clear expectations for CTT's online exam-preparation program, assessments, reporting and practical-training requests.

Effective September 16, 2026

1. The launch program

The current $149 pilot offering is the Electrical Trade Pretest Study Group for Arizona C-11/CR-11 candidates. It includes an original diagnostic pretest, graded results, a focused study plan, instructor-led class preparation and one controlled retake. State application fees, examination-provider fees, code books, reference materials and hands-on or OJT activities are not included unless CTT states otherwise in writing.

2. Enrollment and payment

You must provide accurate enrollment information and keep your account secure. Enrollment is subject to CTT review. Access to protected lessons and the diagnostic begins after CTT approves enrollment and confirms or waives payment. Payments are processed through Square.

3. AI-assisted instruction

CTT may use artificial intelligence to help organize approved sources, generate practice activities, explain concepts and identify review topics. AI output may contain errors. CTT instructor review and current official licensing or examination sources control when information conflicts. AI assistance does not replace professional judgment, supervised field training or official requirements.

4. Assessments and academic integrity

CTT assessments are original practice materials; they are not copied state or PSI examinations. Course access is a limited, personal and non-transferable license. You may not copy, publish, sell, share, record, scrape or distribute questions, answer keys, protected lessons or retake materials. Form B is released only after assigned preparation and CTT instructor approval.

5. Reports and consent

CTT may prepare readiness or progress reports. We will send a report to an employer, sponsor or other client only when the student has identified that recipient and authorized the disclosure, or when otherwise permitted or required by law.

6. Exam-preparation limits

CTT provides educational exam preparation only. CTT does not issue state licenses, guarantee passage, guarantee employment or make licensing decisions. CTT is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arizona ROC, PSI, NFPA, OSHA or any other state licensing authority or examination provider. Students remain responsible for confirming current eligibility, applications, references, fees and examination requirements with the appropriate official source.

7. Hands-on and OJT

Hands-on classes and on-the-job training are separate from online enrollment. Application is required; schedule and location are TBD; participation must be approved by CTT. Separate safety rules, eligibility conditions, costs and participation terms may apply. An OJT request is not a promise of placement, work or employment.

8. Refunds, rescheduling and cancellation

Refunds are governed by the CTT Refund Policy. CTT may reasonably reschedule a class, instructor session or program activity. If CTT cancels a paid online offering without providing a reasonable replacement, the student may choose a full refund or transfer to another available CTT offering.

9. Conduct and safety

Students must communicate respectfully, follow instructor directions, protect other students' information and avoid disrupting or attempting to compromise the service. CTT may restrict access for fraud, threats, harassment, cheating, unauthorized sharing or unsafe conduct. Any practical event requires compliance with its specific safety instructions.

10. Service changes and responsibility

CTT may improve lessons, questions, schedules, source lists and platform features while preserving the material value of a paid offering. To the extent permitted by law, CTT is not responsible for decisions made by licensing agencies, examination providers, employers or other third parties, or for indirect losses arising from those decisions. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and contact

Arizona law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law. Questions may be sent to Admin@constructiontradetutors.com.
