Refund before access
CTT will issue a full refund when a written request is received before the student opens or starts Diagnostic Form A or accesses protected course materials, whichever occurs first.
After access begins
Once the student opens or starts Diagnostic Form A or accesses protected course materials, the $149 program fee is nonrefundable because delivery of digital content, assessment services and instructor-supported preparation has begun. CTT system records may be used to identify when access began.
CTT cancellation
If CTT cancels the paid online offering and does not provide a reasonable replacement, the student may choose a full refund or transfer the payment to another available CTT offering.
Billing errors
CTT will correct confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges. Please contact us promptly with your name, enrollment email, order date and receipt or transaction details so we can investigate.
How to request a refund
Email Admin@constructiontradetutors.com with your full name, enrollment email, payment date and reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Square. Square and the student's financial institution control the time needed for funds to appear.
Scope and legal rights
This policy covers the $149 online Electrical Trade Pretest Study Group. Hands-on classes, OJT activities and future offerings are separate and may have their own written terms. Exceptions required by applicable law will be honored, and this policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
